- Checked wiring to the washer pump to determine if power is being received from the TIPM. Test revealed the vehicle needs a TIPM. Switched the rear and front sprayer hoses so the customer can use the rear sprayer as the front.
- Determined that it is a known issue on the Durangos from a design flaw. We removed the one bolt that holds the whole back side on so the water has a place to drain.
